神哪！天上真的掉馅饼了！

今年，杭州市、区两级财政第一笔大钱用于民生——拿出1亿元，给杭州市民发放消费券。
发放主要对象是：

市、区两级持证低保家庭和困难家庭，约1.55万户，每户200元；

杭州市区2008年12月31日登记在册的企业退休职工，约31万人，每人200元；

市本级注册在内的小学、初中、高中生，共26万人，每人100元。

春节前后发放到位

发放消费券的城市，杭州不是第一个，但把发放目标锁定在老人和孩子身上，杭州还是第一家。

凭空多出100元钱！
据说看电影、买书还可以答对折（就是当200元勇）
杭州市政府真是太和谐了！
